  • Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250 on all orders below Rs. 1000.

  • Enjoy FREE delivery when you place an order worth Rs. 1000 or more with advance payment via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.

  • After sending your payment, please share the payment receipt on our WhatsApp number for quick order confirmation.

  • If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a delivery fee of Rs. 250 will be applied to your total order.

To qualify for a return or exchange, please ensure:

  • The original packaging is intact and not damaged.

  • If your order arrives damaged or broken, please provide clear video evidence of the unboxing or issue.

  • This evidence is required to qualify for an exchange or replacement.

  • Make sure the video clearly shows the parcel condition, product damage, and shipping label for verification.


🛒 Non-Branded Products

  • Non-branded products are eligible for return within 2 days of receiving your parcel.


🚚 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery or shipping charges for returned products will be paid by the customer.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
