Our return and refund policy is valid for 2–3 days from the date of delivery, depending on the type of product.
If this time period has passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Charges
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250 on all orders below Rs. 1000.
Enjoy FREE delivery when you place an order worth Rs. 1000 or more with advance payment via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa.
After sending your payment, please share the payment receipt on our WhatsApp number for quick order confirmation.
If you choose Cash on Delivery (COD), a delivery fee of Rs. 250 will be applied to your total order.

If your order arrives damaged or broken, please provide clear video evidence of the unboxing or issue.
This evidence is required to qualify for an exchange or replacement.
Make sure the video clearly shows the parcel condition, product damage, and shipping label for verification.
🛒 Non-Branded Products
Non-branded products are eligible for return within 2 days of receiving your parcel.
🚚 Delivery Charges
Delivery or shipping charges for returned products will be paid by the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable under all circumstances.
